Job Title: Improvement Sciences Specialist
Location: Falls Church, VA

Duration: Full-Time

Duties/Tasks:

  • Must have strong understanding of improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, PDSA/PDCA, Change Management).
  • The candidate will develop, manage and document SPIDR system, application and data requirements.
  • The successful candidate manages activities relating to the gathering of requirements, project initiation, project tracking and maintaining IT standards.
  • The selected person must have strong communication skills to be effective in both technical and business requirement discussions.

Experience

  • Must have a minimum of six years direct experience as a performance improvement analyst within a gov't sector (preferably the US Navy) 
  • Secret Clearance or Eligible for Secret Clearance
  • Knowledge and background in Sailor Performance Improvement and Development Resource (SPIDR) program.
  • Black Belt or PMP or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification preferred

Education:

  • Bachelors degree (preferred in Healthcare)
