Personnel Security Specialist - Washington DC - Hybrid Option

A DOD SECURITY CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED TO FILL THIS POSITION 

Personnel Security Specialist, Washington DC

Skills & Abilities:

• Possess thorough knowledge of NBIS, FieldPrint, eApp, SWFT and live scan processing and security databases.
• Provide administrative support to other Personnel Security Specialists in completing actions in support of the Personnel Security mission.
• Processes new employee security clearances
• Tracks security clearance investigations and performs administrative support functions, including DISS, NBIS, and E-APP
• Badging of new employees including CAC and Corporate Badges
• Oversee and assist with coordination of closeout for all classified projects.

Experience:

• Two (2) years of personnel security experience as Field Security Officer.
• Option to work remote per approval from Contracts Officer

Education:

• High School Diploma (minimum)
• Associates degree (preferred)
